ARCHIBALD (MARR) INGOLD

90, of Lunenburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Fisherman’s Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg.

Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Hazen and Beth (Archibald) Marr.

She lived in Halifax and then Moncton before moving to the UK in 1960. She returned to Canada in 1970 with her new family. After living in Toronto and Calgary, they retired to Lunenburg in 2000. She was a member of Faith Baptist Chapel and is now with her Lord and Saviour. The family would like to express a special thank you to the church community, especially Peggy MacIntosh.

Esther is survived by nieces, Mary Clayards, Barbara Ames, Linda Marshall, Michelle Thompson, Monique Thompson and nephew Michael Thompson plus their families who all reside in BC.

She was predeceased by husband, Edwin (2017) and two sons, Nigel (2008) and Ryan (2010).

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Hwy 3, Lunenburg. A celebration of life was planned for December 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Faith Baptist Chapel (11279 Hwy 3, Centre). Interment to be held at a later date.
