BOUTILIER

Mom was born October. 20, 1938, in East River Point, to Clifford and Jessie (Corkum) Cooke. She passed away peacefully at home on May. 16, 2025, surrounded by her family. 

As an active member of St. George’s Church, she was at various times, choir member, Sunday school teacher, Church Guild member and Church treasurer. She also enjoyed gardening and the occasional trip to Florida to visit with Cousin Patty and Richard.

Mom was predeceased by her parents and her younger brother Kenneth Cooke. She is survived by her husband of over 65 years, Fred Boutilier, children Neil (Karen) and Cheryl Schnare; grandchildren, Richard Schnare (Felicia), Anthony Schnare, Benjamin Boutilier, Michaela Boutilier (Joshua), and great-grandchildren, Logan, and Adelaide Schnare.

Cremation has taken place and burial will be a private event at a later date in St. George’s Cemetery in East River. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
