JONES

Dora Ann May (Dorey) Jones, born January 21, in Elmwood Nova Scotia, she was a loving wife to David, loving mother to Martin, Trevor and Cheryl, and passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025. 

Dora was an amazing wife, mother, and person, and had a kind heart for everyone. She was a doting grandmother to Jason (wife Belle), Alexander (wife Samantha), Melissa, and Meaghan, as well as great-grandmother to Riley, Abby, Katie, Aubrey, Malcolm and Olivia. Her humour, joy and stubbornness will be greatly missed and remembered fondly. May she find peace with our father and brother who passed before her. We all love you.

Interment will be held in the summer of 2026, in Elmwood Nova Scotia, date and time to be announced.

Donations in Dora's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
