LACE

Leslie John Lace, 67, died Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Ryan Hall, Bridgewater where he resided.  The family would like to thank the compassionate and caring team of Ryan Hall.

Leslie was the son of the late Capt. Orlando J. and Marguerite Lace of Lunenburg.

Left to mourn are son, Jared (Sarah) Lace, Welsford; daughter, Crystal (Darren) Frizzel, Eastern Passage; brother, Orlando Lace, Williamswood; sisters, Jeanne Leary, Halifax, and Nan (Ross) Richards, Corkum’s Island; grandchildren, Isabella Frizzell, Wesley Frizzell and Charlotte Lace.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Hwy 3, Lunenburg.  Friends are invited to share memories of Leslie with family during a visitation on Friday, March 14 from 12 noon until 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm, Rev. Vivian Moores officiating.  A private family interment will take place in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
