LOVELL

Nadine Alice Lovell, age 91, passed away peacefully at home in Ocala, Florida. She was born in Garden Lots on August 29, 1933, to Alice (Wilnef) Lohnes and Greville Lohnes. She is survived by daughter, Jill Schmeck of Ocala Florida, granddaughter Alison Schmeck of New Haven, Connecticut, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Nadine was predeceased by husband Richard Lovell, and brother Bryce of Alberta. Nadine worked as a secretary at Dauphinees Block Shop in Lunenburg for 12 years. Since 1989, she had spent six months each year at the family summer home in Maplewood. She enjoyed very much her time spent there, as she did in Marathon, Florida Keys. Nadine was a great cook and baker. She was very kind to animals. She enjoyed her gardens, sewing, reading books by James Patterson and antique hunting. She was a kind and caring soul, and a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
