With great sadness and heavy hearts, the family announce the passing of Sheila McCarthy, age 70 in the early morning hours at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Sheila lived in Conquerall Mills for 25 years, then moved to Hebbs Cross on the Conquerall Road, by the lake.

Sheila is survived by her mother Grace McCarthy, Wileville; sisters, Isabelle, Bridgewater; Marie Oickle (Bruce) Lower Branch; brother Roger, Conquerall Mills. She is also survived by her great nephew Adam whom she raised as a son. Also survived by her nieces and nephews Lisa, Chris, Rose, Alena, Eli, Natasha and Brittany and their families; three aunts and many cousins and friends. Sheila is predeceased by her father George McCarthy, brother Michael in infancy and her niece Natasha. Memorial donations may be made to the Conquerall Mills Community Hall, Hebbs Cross Fire Dept., or charity of choice.
