MOSSMAN

Born in Sydney, NS, on Feb 21, 1932, Carolyn Mossman (née Schurman) passed peacefully in her bed in Midland, ON, on June 7, 2025. She is predeceased by her husband George Mossman (2021), daughter Charlotte (2015), and son Frederick (1978). She is survived by her daughter Catherine (Tiny, ON) and son John (Calgary, AB). Carolyn was a caring and loving person who was sincerely interested in getting to know and be of help to all who came across her path. She involved herself in the community both locally and globally; whether to do with social justice, environmental issues, weekly vigils protesting wars, gender equality or promotion of the musical arts, she did it with conviction and fortitude. With great sadness, but with high praise and esteem we honour the memory of Carolyn, a positive and loving tour de force for all who knew her!
