It is with a sense of great love, respect, and sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Marie (Swinimar) Myra, 82, of Western Shore, on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 2025 – our wife, mom, nanny, great nanny, and “Donna Marie!” She passed away at home with all her family spending quiet time with her, just as she wanted.

Donna was the daughter of the late Otis and Irene (Corbin) Swinimar. She is survived by her husband of 62 years William Myra Sr.; three sons William Jr. (Pam), Paul, and Dennis (Lisa); seven grandchildren Alex (Mallary), Beth (Wayne), Tonya (Dan), Jenna, Jillian, Maddie (Ryen), and Bailey; three great-grandchildren Max, Harry, and Ryker; sister-in-law Stella Myra; brother-in-law Merrill Barkhouse; and many nieces and nephews.
