OGDEN

78, of West Dublin, Nova Scotia, passed away Friday 27th of February 2026, at Fishermen's Memorial Hospital Hospice Unit. Born in East Stroudsburg, PA n the 14th of June, 1947.

He was the beloved husband of Jennifer Ogden for 18+ years, a beautiful, kind, and loving person, and the love of her life. Louis is survived by his wife, Jennifer; sisters, Mary and Jane; brother, John; grandchildren, Skylar and Kylea; stepchildren, Michael and Ryan; step-grandchildren, Aiden and Brendan. To all the grandchildren, he was always "Grampy".

Louis was very easy going, had a great sense of humour, and a joy to be with. An excellent carpenter and in later years, enjoyed puttering in his shed making cutting boards. He loved to work in his garden and riding his garden tractor cutting grass. In his earlier years he enjoyed his adventures on his motorcycle.

He loved his cats, Abby and Lucinda. He will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Many thanks to everyone who helped with his care. Personal Care Cremations have looked after his cremation. In keeping with Louis' wishes, there will be no service.
