Lunenburg’s Logan Taylor, a former South Shore Seahawks was recently named a captain of his Boston College Eagles football team. The six-foot-seven, 312-pounder was named as an honourable mention all-ACC player for the second season in a row last year and this season is number two on the CFL draft projected list.

ZURICH – Brooklyn’s Sarah Mitton threw her best of the season, 20.67 metres (just one centimetre away from her personal best) on Aug. 27 and it was good enough to defend her Wanda Diamond League title.
