BRIDGEWATER – HB Studios Sports Centre is getting a few upgrades.

BRIDGEWATER – A concerted effort, headed by South Shore basketball coach Mustapha Maynard, to build a new athletic facility in the Bridgewater area, is picking up momentum.

BRIDGEWATER – The Empire Athletics South Shore wrapped up their first season in Bridgewater during a showcase held at the Junior High School April 26 in front of a packed gymnasium full of family and friends.

LUNENBURG – The Lunenburg Mariners swim club will play host to more than 800 swimmers and 12 teams from across the province this summer as they host Swim Nova Scotia Provincial championships.
